An entrance access ramp is located on the Fifth Avenue side of the building. If approaching from Fifth Avenue, public parking lots are located on both sides of the street. One of these lots is also accessible from Demonbreun Street. Both lots are only a short distance from the ramp. Inside, the museum is equipped with elevator service at all levels. Ramps are in place for wheelchair accessibility.
Historic RCA Studio B tours are also wheelchair accessible. Tours depart daily from the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum, and transportation buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts. Ramps are located on both sides of the building for entry at Studio B, and accessible restrooms are located on site.
A limited number of courtesy wheelchairs are available for our visitors while they are touring the museum. Wheelchairs can be checked out at the guest services desk. Ask a visitor services representative if you require a wheelchair. Courtesy wheelchairs are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our Ford Theater is equipped with a wheelchair accessible row, located in the back of the theater. This row is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Wheelchair accessible restrooms are available on all floors of the museum, with accessible water fountains located by each.
